Anastasia Konstantinova
Project Manager
Anastasia Konstantinova, originally from Moscow, Russia, started
working for EUROPRIX/ICNM in June 2001. She holds
a BA in Performing Arts from University Mozarteum,
Salzburg and a MAS in Arts and Media Management from the
International Centre for Culture and Management Salzburg / Johannes
Kepler University Linz. Anastasia has more than 10 years
of professional experience in international project
management. Worked a.o. for the German Embassy, Moscow, Russia;
Foundation Villa Musica, Mainz, Germany; ICCM Salzburg, Austria.
Before joining the ICNM, she led the Salzburg International Summer
Academy for Arts Management (ISAC). Anastasia has been working for
the World Summit Award since the very beginning in March 2003.
In the position of Project Manager, she is involved
in all operational and strategic processes.

Karin Gilberd
Event & Community Manager
Karin studied Tourism Management and Leisure Industry at the
International Management Centre (a technical college)
in Krems, Austria and the Universite d'Angers, France. Before
joining the ICNM, Karin worked for Oxford Innovation, where she was
the administrator for the Business Angel Networks. At Liberty
International, Austria, she organised regular bus tours
as well as tours for special interest groups and
incentive trips. Before that, Karin was employed by the events
department of the National Association of Pension Funds
in London and interned at Austrian Airlines and the
Association of Recognised English Language Schools.
As a member of the WSA project team, Karin
is responsible for sponsorship contacts, event organisation
and partnerships.

Predrag Micakovic
Networking Support
Predrag originally from Serbia
holds a master in English studies from the University
of Salzburg and has been working in the computer service
and support business since 1999. Predrag joined the ICNM
in February 2005, supporting various projects organisationally
and technically. In the framework of the WSA,
he is in charge of all communication processes
regarding the WSA national contests in 168 countries.
Predrag is also responsible for organisational support,
as well as for technical support of all events.

Angelika Spraider
Project Assistant
Angelika holds
a BA in Communication Sciences and is now
working on her MAS in this field of study
as well as in European Union Studies at the
University of Salzburg. Practical experiences she gained
so far mainly in the journalism sector by writing
for several local newspapers as well as for the Austrian
Press Agency. With an internship at the International
Center for New Media in summer 2007 she finally entered
the PR/Event Management branch and is now Project Assistant
for WSA, responsible for global networking and organisational
support, and Project Coordinator of the World Summit Youth
Award (WSYA), a global “Youth for Youth” initiative for
selecting and promoting best practice in e-Content,
demonstrating young people’s potential to contribute
to meeting the challenges of the UN MDGs.

Cecilia Thurner
Project Assistant
Raised bilingually Cecilia is both German and Polish speaking
and emerges from a multicultural background due to her
Canadian birthplace. Before joining the WSA she interned
at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber documenting
IT-projects and spent a year in Gabon, Africa
volunteering as a teacher for Music & Arts
in a Don Bosco school. Cecilia has been
a freelancing team member of the ICNM since 2000 and
has previously worked for the WSA in 2005. She rejoined the
WSA team again in December 2007 after returning from her
maternity leave. Cecilia is responsible for the Road Show
Management and organizes National Contests. Alongside working for
the WSA Cecilia is currently studying Corporate Governance
& IT-Management at the University of Applied Sciences
in Salzburg, Austria.
